Which Parts Of The Notebooks Can Be Customised?

Our notebooks are highly customisable. There are only few exceptions that you cannot choose (such as the color of the paper).

You can choose:

Leather type and color (calf-skin / goat skin, black / brown / burgundy)

End paper (12 different options)

Bookmark (black, antique gold, bordeaux, creme or no bookmark)

Edge dye (black, brown or no edge dye)

Well.. Not really. The difference is our notebooks are painstakingly handmade one by one with best materials to increase the quality of your writing experience and to extend the lifetime of your memories.

Why Does It Take So Long to prepare the notebooks?

In our bindery, all the notebooks are painstakingly hand made one by one. We do not work on multiple notebooks at the same time to ensure the highest quality is provided in every notebook we bind.

Additionally, the very long dry times of the adhesives we use contributes to this long production time. But it is essential for binding the very delicate Tomoe River paper.

We are using Stripe to receive payments. With that system we accept all major card but also direct bank transfers.

We offer flat rate for our shipments. Costs are calculated as soon as your address is entered at the checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

We aim to ship your goods as soon as possible. Custom made orders can take minimum of 2 weeks to prepare. Expected delivery times for the Netherlands is 2 days, Europe is 7 days and rest of the world around 14-21 days.

How Can I Return A Product?

We accept returns under special conditions.

We give great care during the production so the chance to get a defect product is very unlikely. But if that is the case, please e-mail to [email protected] with a description and photos (if you feel it is needed). We will try to solve the problem as conveniently as possible.

However we are not responsible the damages resulting from shipping service fault. Please check the mail immediately after you receive and report if there is any problem. Also please inform us about it so we will also help you to fix the problem.
